How to Cook Them
Both are sweet, firm and forgiving. Toss the peeled shrimp straight into a hot pan, a pasta or a curry; steam or grill the mantis shrimp and finish with garlic butter and citrus. Neither needs more than a few minutes over heat.
Storage
Keep frozen or refrigerated as packed. Thaw overnight in the fridge and use within 24 hours for the best texture.
